I bought this book after loving Book 1, and Leigh did not disappoint. The thought and efforts put into each daily and nightly affirmation is truly inspirational and this is a book I would recommend to everyone out there who wants to better themselves in every way. Book 2 did not have to be read sequentially as it felt like a stand-alone book, but enjoyed combing the affirmations with book 1. The structure allows us to mix and match affirmations as we like! I truly hope there will be more books in the series as I have become an avid fan. Bravo Leigh!

This little book is full of positive affirmations to meditate, repeat and write down throughout the day. I’ve read through them all and look forward to doing the full years worth of them, and perhaps tailoring them to my own specific needs. If you need to instill some inner calm, I recommend this helpful little book. The evening affirmations are particularly wonderful, in that they seem to designed to help embrace rejoicing and gratitude for each and every day.
