It’s right key has stopped working completely now.It’s battery consumption has become double now need to change Duracell ultra battery in 2-3 months.It’s great for about 10 months after that it started acting up.Now I’m going to buy a new mouse sorry but it’s not gonna be hp.

Raising a warranty claim is almost impossible
The product stopped working within a year. The warranty provided is of 3 years however despite being in a capital city of New Delhi there are hardly any authorised service centres in apart from really far out industrial addresses. The call centre from HP would tell you to go to an authorised service centre however finding one in a feasible distance is impossible. Most of the service centres listed on their website are no longer affiliated or functional and do not provide support for peripherals like mouse and accessories. My recommendation is to not buy if you are looking at post sales service, its present on paper but impossible to implement.

Ich finde das ist immer noch die beste Maus für kleines Geld, Tasten sind Gut die Abtastrate ist zwar niedrig aber dank IF Sensor geht die Maus auf fast jedem Untergrund …das einzige was etwas billig wirkt ist das Kabel, das habe ich dann doch gegen ein Sleave Kabel einer teureren Maus getauscht 🙂
