Defective Prinitng Cartridge
There is a communication failure between the cartridge and the printer so it is printing a blank page.I have never experienced this with an HP product purchased from Amazon.I know it is beyond the refund stage as I purchased this in May2024 and am using it now in October.I enclose a copy of the product details for your information
