It’s a good book. I have started making my own milk from nuts! In fact Almond milk is great. They are very expensive in the market. Only hitch is the writers have not given their e mail ids . I have many questions on basic nutrition but could not find how to consult them!

Excellent book for vegans. Provides recipes for vegan curd, milk & cheese. Quite a few recipes go a bit overboard as items are difficult to purchase in India, however, it is still a good jump start for vegans.
