I purchased this chair a few weeks ago, and I believe it’s the best choice within this budget for a comfortable home chair suitable for work, gaming, and relaxation. It’s easy to assemble, well-built with durable hard plastic, and offers good reclining functionality, making it ideal for office use. The only issue I faced was with the chair’s height, but the company quickly resolved it by sending me a new hydraulic system after I reported the problem to the Da Urban team. Their excellent customer service made the experience even better

I purchased two of the Green Soul chairs for my children to use while studying and working at home. My son is in Class 12 and the other, my daughter, is working from home on her new job after her Engineering and also studying for her higher education. You can understand how much time they both spend at their respective desks and good chairs were a very urgent need indeed.After considerable research I narrowed down on the Green Soul chairs and bought them in late August 2020. They were delivered right on schedule and were very easy to put together from the single sheet of pictorial instructions provided as well as the installation video they have online. The packaging also provided the required tools – screw drivers – which I didn’t really need being a DIY enthusiast myself and possessing a full set of my own tools but the tools were a welcome touch.The chairs are very comfortable. And they look great! I ordered the Flirty Orange color and I must say I am very happy with their look.I had decided that I would delay this review till we had used the chairs for some time.After about a month of use, the arm rest of one of the chairs broke at the joint where it is screwed to the seat of the chair. The arm rests are a single piece of molded plastic and strong. The break happened at the seam, right under the screws.Green Soul offers a full year’s warranty and I contacted them via Amazon Support, who incidentally were extremely responsive as usual.Side note – Dear Amazon, you people have forced me to add the “as usual” to the preceding sentence because we have come to expect excellence from you! Keep up the good job. Highly appreciated!After that I was very pleased to receive a call from Vaibhav of Green Soul. Vaibhav asked me about the problem and requested photos which I sent him. He already had all details of my purchase and after reviewing the photos he promptly called me back and said they will ship me a replacement. A couple of days later the new arm rest arrived, very neatly packed. Luckily for me the package arrived in the late afternoon and I managed to quietly replace the damaged arm rest while the family was busy elsewhere 🙂 Thanks Vaibhav for helping me not only fix the problem but being able to surprise my family!Very happy with Green Soul. There is a Pandemic on but they respond so well regardless!As I said, great product, great deal and fantastic after sales support! And particular thanks to Vaibhav of Green Soul.Much appreciated!

Worth it in this price range
The quality of the chair is quite satisfactory in this price range. I have issues with the rolling wheels as they roll quite easily. The back-inclined lock isn’t working properly. I would suggest the brand to fix these minor issues. But overall a very good chair. Would recommend it for studies and office works, but not for long hours.

The chair is good, has a minimalistic design, looks and works as advertised and is priced at a reasonable cost. I had issues with the backrest being crooked but the folks were responsive and sent me a replacement which works as expected. Overall, it’s a good chair ð

Ergonomically designed chair for Lumbar spine wellness
This chair is absolutely easy to assemble, stability is good and is very useful for people who have had any sorts of lumbar spine issues or coccyx issues ever. Just be careful to sit in right posture and donât sit for too long as it may cause discomfort leading to Back pain. I chose this brand because my family has a gaming chair of this brand which is supreme quality and their service quality is awesome. Excellent product.
