Good Product
I have been using this product for a month so far. Since I have WFH and do casual gaming, it consumes a good chunk of my day sitting on the chair. Purchasing this product was worth the money. The seating is comfortable and you can even sleep or take short naps on it as it’s quite sturdy even if you tilt the seat up to 180 degrees.The chair is ergonomic and the components seem sturdy and solid so far, the cushion provided both for the back and headrest provides an ample amount of support. It’s been a good journey so far using this chair

Well-built premium comfort!
This is the newest addition to Greensoul’s gaming chair line-up, and it did not disappoint.Pros- Extremely well-built, you can feel the premium upholstery. The wheelbase is also extremely durable.- Easy to assemble, and this was one of the few pieces of furniture that I have received with the best packaging and assembly instructions- The tilt settings are great. In extreme angles, it feels like I am floating- the adjustable pillow and arm-rests are as describedCons- I am unsure if the unit I got has a defect or not, but the lumbar support changes are not noticeable to me. While seated, the chair is comfortable, but dialling the lumbar support adjustment controls does not change anything significantly- The tilt mechanism is a bit difficult to change; there’s a loud snapping noise whenever I shift back the seatI also own the Monster Ultimate, and if you are on the fence about these two choices, I would recommend the Monster Ultimate, as the seating comfort levels are the same, and the upgrade does not feel justified for the price difference. I bought this for Rs. 32000, but if you can snag it for ~Rs. 24,000, you can probably opt for this one instead.

UPDATE after 4 monthstwo maintenance were needed to keep this chair operating like new1. full lean mechanism needed lubrication as it was making very mild creaking noise.2. major maintenance that was needed, chairs left arm rest started jamming when trying to lift. turns out it was just some loose screws that needed tightening.me being a Pro DIYer this maintenance were pretty easy and thats why iam not complaining much but iam 100% sure this would have caused a customer complaint if my chair was someones else’s hand and. this experience in just 4 months is unacceptable for a 30k chair in my opinion and the sad thing is none of complaint is about built quality it just slightly bad QC main reason i didn’t knock a star yet.i will definitely updating more and will knock a star or two if i encounter any further bad experiences .Review after 1 Month:First impression this thing is built really well above what you can expect for a premium chair from packaging to the final product. there is one small worry i have long sitting causes wrinkles on the BUN area of the chair but disappears after sometime. its not visible in camera but its something i will be watching. But the cushion is very high quality and restores to normal shape in seconds after you get up which is amazing.update on the wrinkles it disappears and does not persist 🙂 at least till nowthere are no creaks sounds during operation till date wheels are smooth enough but not too smooth where even leg movement will upset the chair. everything is built to last.Assembly: this thing took only took 10 min for me as I am a pro DIY guy and did it without instructions. if you are new to this allocate 1 hour max to assemble this chair.ERGONOMICS :starting from top…HEAD: At first the head rest pillow was kinda too stiff for me but overtime it became perfectly stiff to my neck without the head pillow its only good for lying down.SHOULDER: i feel that due that racing style seat my shoulder movement is very limited compared to my regular chair but…. put this chair in full lean and rest like you are in beach.. all problems solved.MY HANDS(updated): well dumb me found later that arm rest can just move in all directions at closer setting arm rests are almost perfect but i still find the 3 way angle tilt to be still limiting. for typing.LAMBAR: Same thing happened to my as head pillow. it was very stiff at the beginning and then it got to the perfect spot of stiffness adjustment of lambar is a one time process you basically never wanna change after that:THE COMFORT OF BUNS : From day 1 its just perfect. it is heating up in the summer though :(THE THIGHS and LEG; for me its the perfect length supports my entire thigh very well. legs rest on the floor too but point to note height adjustment is limited may be a problem for tall peopleWhat makes me give this chair the perfect 5 is because of the lean all the small disadvantages of this chair vanishes when you go to sleep mode its so cozy with the leather like material and i even took power naps during small break sessions neck pillow becomes my hand pillow and i get a relaxation.small thing to note because its leather you do get some heat build up which could be unpleasant for some. you guys gotta release a cotton variant. but leather is very easy to maintain compared to cotton.Highly recommended 🙂

Disappointing Build Quality and Lackluster Customer Service
I was initially excited about this product, but that excitement has quickly faded. After just 4 months, the right armrest broke. It felt flimsy from the beginning, and the break confirmed my worries. The replacement process was a slog – it took almost a month for them to send a new one.Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of it. Now, 7 months in, the left armrest has also broken. To add insult to injury, Green Soul says they need 3 months to manufacture the replacement part! Their solution? A 75% refund that would take another month to process. The executive who spoke to me, was super disrespectful and kept providing ultimatums.There’s a stark difference between the energy they put into selling the product and the effort they put into supporting customers after the sale. It’s incredibly disappointing. Green Soul, you need to prioritize building quality products and providing responsive customer service.
