Consciously deliverying defective products.
The product has been delivered with company seal/sticker already in open condition. The product inside is a defective one; the main on/off switch is not working. So the extension board is not usable at all. The supplier has knowingly supplied a defective product. Certainly this piece of product being defective was returned by some other buyer.
