NEVER BUY THIS LED Strip lights, its starting to FAIL after 7 months of use, Wi-FI is poor too
I purchased these LED strips on January 31, 2024, and after just seven months, several of the LEDs started to fail. This issue spread across the entire strip, with the lights growing dimmer and dimmer. Strangely, the green LEDs work perfectly fine, but the blue and red ones are failing, which suggests poor manufacturing quality.The connectivity is also very poor, particularly with the Wi-Fi. It frequently disconnects and flashes several times before entering pairing mode again. This makes it almost impossible to use Google Assistant or Alexa, which is extremely frustrating. I had to reset the connection four times a day until I switched to Bluetooth, which, fortunately, works without any issues but no Alexa.At this point, I strongly advise against buying these Gesto LED strips. Itâs better to go with Tapo TP-Link, which offers much higher quality and comes with a warrantyâunlike this Gesto product.

Quality and voltage drop issues
I opened it and it olready was damaged , I connected it and it didnât even turned on I thought cause I didnât fix it properly then I tried to stick it in wall and the strip lights sticker wasnât a good quality one and it got removed and then I used double side tape cause it wasnât sticking then it worked but when I turned it on it didnât turn on I can see small lights so that controller has voltage drop issues and it didnât even work properly and no quality for the adapter and their controllers , highly suggesting to buy quality ones I have requested return hope they take it back and I have 6 month warranty so I can get it back with quality
