EXCELLENT SERVICE BY FRONTECH
I BOUGHT FRONTECH LED MONITOR 22 INCH, FEW MONTHS BACK, AND IT DEVELOPED SOME DISPLAY PROBLEMS, WHEN CONTACTED FRONTECH SERVICE, THEY ASKED MY TO BRING THE SCREEN TO THEIR JAIPUR SERVICE CENTRE. ON 13 04 2024 I VISITED THERE, WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT OVER PHONE AND AMAZED TO SEE THE SERVICE BY FRONTECH. THE SERVICE ENGINEER JUST CHECKED SERIAL NUMBER, THEN DISPLAY…AND IMMEDIATELY FOUND PROBLEM AND THEN IMMEDIATELY HE REPLACED THE SCREEN AND ALL THIS HAPPENED IN A TIME SPAN OF LESS THAN 20 MINUTES, AND HE NEVER ASKED ME TO SHOW BILL ETC…AS WARRANTY IS READ THRU SERIAL NUMBER…WHICH I NEVER EXPECTED….SUPER 10 OUT OF TEN FROM MY SIDE….GREAT KEEP THIS UP…THANKS FRONTECH FOR THIS SUPERB SERVICE. Frontech 19-Inch Monitor – Defective Stand and Screen Issues
âââââ (1/5)I recently purchased the Frontech 19-inch monitor, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.Upon receiving the monitor, I noticed that the stand was defectiveâit was wobbly and didn’t provide a stable base. This made it difficult to use, as the monitor kept shifting position with the slightest touch.Additionally, I encountered an issue with the screen itself. There were noticeable white blurs in the corners, which was very distracting, especially during video playback and when viewing images. This significantly impacted my ability to use the monitor for any kind of detailed work.Overall, I’m really frustrated with this purchase. I expected better quality for the price. I would not recommend this monitor to anyone, as both the stand and screen issues made it unusable for my needs. I’m in the process of returning it and looking for a more reliable option. The display quality is not so good. The colour contrast is also not good specially the red colour when you watch a video. But as per the price it is a OK product but if you invest Rs.1000 more then you will get a better product. I bought it for office clerical work.

Terrible Quality – Donât Waste Your Money!
I wish I could give this FRONTECH 19 Inch HD LED Monitor zero stars. Within one day of installing, horizontal lines started showing up, and the screen became blurry. The picture quality is awful â definitely not HD, more like SD from the 90s. I canât believe how cheaply made this monitor is. Pathetic build quality and absolutely not worth a single penny. If youâre looking for a monitor that works for more than 24 hours, look elsewhere. Amazon should really reconsider selling such low-quality products.
