Getting your kid’s snooze schedule in sync with yours can be a nightmare. Opt out of endless all-nighters with the 3-in-1 Sound Machine + When-to-Wake Clock + Nightlight. This all-in-one sleep solution helps you set and maintain healthy routines from Day 1 through toddlerhood. The Sound Machine hooks it up with seven sleepy sounds that make their room feel more like a womb, so your baby can fall (and stay) asleep. When they’re ready to own their morning routine, the When-to-Wake Clock punches in as a sleep trainer, using three simple colors to cue toddlers for bedtime and go time. Plus an optional Nightlight keeps the room dim for nighttime check-ins or all-night comfort. It’s a dreamy solution for the whole fam.
SOUND MACHINE: Nursery essential with timer/auto shut-off (15, 30, 60 mins) and 7 sleepy sounds – white noise, pink noise, heartbeat, lullaby, bird, waves, and wind. Sounds coordinate with those on the Frida Baby Portable Sound Machine (sold separately).
WHEN-TO-WAKE CLOCK: Sleep trainer uses 3 simple colors and sound to help toddlers know when it’s okay to get out of bed – Red (Bedtime), Yellow (15 minutes before Wake Time), Green (Wake Time)
NIGHTLIGHT: Optional nightlight with 3 warm glow levels plus blackout mode to keep the room completely dark
ESSENTIAL FEATURES: Toddler lock prevents unwanted changes and backlit buttons save you from fumbling in the dark
BLUETOOTH SPEAKER: Connect your phone to automatically set the clock’s time and play your own sleep sounds

We have both a toddler and newborn so I was interested in how this compares with our Hatch. I love that you can choose to have the time displayed or turn it all off and simply use the sound portion for sleep. I also like that the nightlight portion is on the bottom to help our toddler rest easy at night, and the sleep training lights are on top. I can adjust the brightness of the nightlight by holding the Frida button on top so itâs not too bright for our little sleeper. It was easy to set the bedtime and wake up routines in this machine. Love that two of the seven sound options cover heartbeat and white noise. The volume gets plenty loud too! Really glad to have the Bluetooth speaker feature on this machine as well so we can switch up the sound. Also, we really love the battery backup!! Much needed for when the power goes out with a sleeping baby! Best of all, it has a lifetime warranty! Weâre definitely holding onto our Frida baby sound machine!

A fabulous sound machine for the price! My husband and I actually used it before baby arrived and we liked it so much we bought 2. Itâs small and lightweight so it can fit anywhere and is very easy to bring along and travel with. The 3 different light settings are very useful for sleep training ðð» and it has a nice variety of sounds (waves is our favorite).I think this product is the perfect balance between simple and over the top â it has everything you could need or want for a very good price.

We’ve used the Frida sound machine for a few weeks now and love it! I love that it says the time on it, something our last sound machine didn’t feature. I’m not super thrilled with the sound options, my child is used to more “brown” noise and the options weren’t quite what we’ve used in the past but he’s gotten used to this one so it’s okay. The when to wake feature is great and I love that it can lock so he can’t mess with it :). I love that it’s a great price point and looks great on the dresser! I’m always a fan of frida products!

What I liked:1. Convenient to have the clock and nightlight in a single unit. Sound machine is definitely a good addition, but not as useful as the other two features (see below for improvement ideas).2. Color coded light reminder before sleep and wake time can be a great training tool to get kids on schedule.3. Long USB cord, so no issue reaching outlets that are at the bottom of the night stand. (And USB-C to boot!)4. I do like the automated clock sync when linked with your phone via Bluetooth. What I didn’t like:1. Nightlight has to be manually turned on. I would be much easier if this can be automated with the sleep time (turn on) and wake time (turn off). Also it does not remember the brightness and you have to hit the button numerous times just to turn it off.2. If the sounds can also be automated like the night light, that would be appreciated.3. On the topic of sounds, the lowest volume is still a bit loud in my opinion. If the volume can be adjusted even lower, that would be better for quieter rooms. (Rain is super loud). Also, sound quality seems a bit sub par, as rain just sounds like static (comparing with iPhone’s built in rain background sound). This could just be the sound file itself vs the speaker quality, but I’m not sure.4. At this price, I would probably expect it to be a smart device with an app that can do all this automation and perhaps even have the ability to upload your own sounds from your linked phone.
