5star for sturdy material
I have this ups purchased in Jan 2020, it was â¹1950/- back then and now increased â¹427/-I used it for emergency shutdown of PC, this means – when there is power cut we have 5mins to switch off the PC that’s how I used it. It was pretty good and sturdy material. So, 5 star rating for that and zero rating for increasing the price as no technology is changed in it.

Great customer service!
I bought this in July 2024 for providing UPS to a laptop and a monitor screen as our socieity’s generator takes 2-3 minutes to start whenever power is gone. Initially it worked fine but its backup kept reducing resulting in it being unable to even power a 40w appliance.So I contacted their customer support and was pleasantly surprised to see them replace the UPS at my home on the 3rd day of the complaint.

After using 1 month it’s giving backup of 5minutes for wifi router.Not good choice as power backup.

The plastic cover and thermocole are all torn/broken and the item itself is out of them!
The item is not in original packing. Does’nt seem to be a new one.
