This is one of the most horrible product I ever bought on Amazon. They claim on its cooling effect but it is not even one percent of what they claim. Moreover, my floor tiles are cooler than this mat. Seems over priced as well. My dog did not like the product all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
