Amazing bot with self learning and obstacle avoidance feature. The best part of my purcahse was making the 3D map in as short as 5 mins for 2100sq floor using Laser scannerI am greatly impressed how the hot water mopping feature works with great capacity for storing water in tank(1 for dirty water and other for clean )and cleans even the stubborn stains using botâs own weight.The auto lift mechanism works like a pro by adjusting the height when entering/ leaving carpet areaIts worth mentioning that service quality from ecovacs India was great as they called and even lend their helping hand to train customer to help them know about the features of botOverall, great deebot for the price

The latest top of the line robot vacuum cleaner from Ecovacs delivered on 29th September. I am pretty happy with my purchase in the last 10 days almost.This is my second robot vacuum cleaner from Ecovacs. The earlier one was Ecovacs Deebot N10 purchased in August 2023. That machine served me well for more than an year. I have a hairy furry pet dog.. Dog hair is my houses biggest dirt. The earlier machine had difficulty with that in dealing with hair in the roller of the robot. causing it to have difficulty in cleaning and required frequent detangling. Also manual emptying of the dust bin and filling and cleaning the mop plates were a pain for the older machine.All these shortcoming have been overcome in the ecovacs deebot x5 pro omni. The machine has 400% increase in vacuuming power and automatic mop precleaning and post cleaning function with mop drying too. I think it is a complete package for household floor cleaning. Overall the cleaning and battery life has also been improved too. The App of Ecovacs is the best thing of the package. it is clean and precise and easy to handle. Managing the robot is easy through the app. Google integration though claimed, dont think it is functional atleast in India. I am able to add the robot to Google home but there is no connection. Commands dont work.Cons:-Cost is on the higher side, probably because neither the machine nor the spares are made in India- Availability of spares is less, again probably because it is a new product. no spares available on amazon india- Voice through Alexa, Google and its own Ok Yiko is not workingI would recommend this robot vacuum cleaner for those who don’t mind paying a little extra for a super clean home. Hope it would be able to clean more things than the floor which it does now. 🙂

Pathetic after sales service.
The Ecovacs worked well for 3 days and then stopped working.Itâs been 2 weeks since Iâve been calling and mailing and messaging the technicians to respond and they are avoiding any kind of communication.The product is good. But if in case you come across a problem there is not support from the company.

The brand was relatively new to me as previously I owned the iRobot vaccum. However it does not disappoint.I have set it up to vaccum and mop my entire apartment at 5am so by the time we wake up the floor is clean.I have a pet and lot of pet hair that collects on the floor by the end of day. Surprisingly it collects everything and the floor is clean without a spot. It does better that our maid. Because with the broom it is not possible to collect all the hair and the leftover stick to the mop and then to the floor. This makes sure all hair is vacuumed so it doesnât stick to the mop.For around 1400sq ft mopping area it takes around 200-220 minutes at the lowest vaccum and mopping settings. It is also quieter compared to my roomba.Just one con compared to the roomba, it moves away a lot from any object on the floor and does not clean the edges very well. Had some issue where it does not go below the TV unit even though there is plenty of headroom and it recognises the kitchen floor design as dirty and keeps washing the mop every minute. So had to disable the auto wash function and keep it active for one wash per room.So would recommend to do a hand mop every 1-2 weeks.

Per la prima installazione ha una mappatura ben precisa infatti impiega un bel po’ di tempo.Quando si fa iniziare la pulizia si lava i mop a 70° e asciuga con lâaria calda ,carica lâacqua pulita e poi parte verso una pulizia dettagliata di bordi e angoli, questo robot si distingue per la sua efficacia.Negli ultimi anni ne ho avuti diversi robot ma questo con la stazione con acqua pulita e sporca è davvero Top,con ben 12800 Pa, è tra i più potenti del settore. Vengo da un ECOCACS X1 che ho trovato un prodotto davvero eccezionale.Restituito per problemi di durata batteriaHo nuovamente acquistato un ECOVAX ma questa volta X5Perché questo ho scelto questo modello??Perché avevo bisogno di un robot aspirapolvere che pulisse bene negli angoli o sui bordi..Questo lo fa perfettamente a differenza dell’ X1 che dai bordi stava bene lontano.Ottimo anche il fatto che i panni per lavare i pavimenti si sollevino al passaggio sui tappeti arrivando la modalità aspi avanzataX1 invece non sale sul tappeto se ha le spazzole inseriteIl suo nuovo desaig permette di passare anche sotto i mobili.Nel complesso un buon prodotto che vale la pena avere poiché è un valido aiuto nelle pulizie di casa…Unica pecca non ha integrato Yco a differenza del Precedente questo non lo puoi comandare vocalmente.
