There’s really no need to use the remote control as your smartphone can serve the purpose.Also, the brand goes out of the way to deliver exceptional customer service. They’re available on Whatsapp, phone, and email. The technicians are very skilled and helpful.I’m using a Dyson V11 Absolute Pro vacuum cleaner, three TP07 air purifiers, and one TP03 air purifier and can attest they’re all of exceptionally good quality!

Worth to buy this purifier
Dyson is leader in suction technology. This air purifier is really a work of perfection from Dyson. Bit expensive from other products but it actually solves the problem for which it is made for. Very innovative and tech driven product. When I install this Dyson purifier TP07 my home PM level was in severely level and I can see the sensitivity of sensors true picture of your surroundings shown in real-time. Post installation I can see the air is completely clean and PM level is at green zone with 30 to 40 reading.

Ordered a white one, received a black one, and kept it because it went really well with the decor. Integrated with the Dyson app seamlessly and works like a champ. Oddly, it came with a EU style plug and appears to be for the Malaysian market, but I would care less, it works awesome.

I so wanted to give this a five star rating. The product I bought in Dubai was from a third party seller and arrived with an EU plug (not a UAE compatible one) and the booklet mentioned connecting the product to a Dyson app which is not available on the UAE AppStore (I found the right app in the end). It was clearly a product meant for the EU market. Nonetheless, I plugged in and for the first month it was great and I loved getting the data feedback on the air quality (inside and out) to my phone. Then the sensors stopped working, so there’s no interior data coming through and I no longer know if the purifier is working as a result. Now I have a machine which I need to send for repair in its second month. Hassle and cost. Not cool, especially given the price of these purifiers.
