Product refuses to update. Also unable to connect through browser. Phone no provided is unreachable. Indian office in Bengaluru held on and listened to phone music for 5 minutes and then was disconnected from their side. Very poor response.

The device keeps on prompting for update, which never happens no matter what you try. Customer service centre is not reachable, pathetic device considering the price

The device doesn’t have the coverage as described. It disconnects at least few times in a day. The design is good and the installation easy, but funtionally not upto the mark.Keep getting prompts for update of firmware which never happens.
