One of the best products
I bought this product for backing up my wifi router. The backup was pretty good. It worked very well for 2 years and then the battery capacity reduced and died eventually. I contacted the customer care for battery replacement. They picked it up and replaced for 800 rupees as the warranty was over.Now it’s working just like brand new. Overall pretty happy and satisfied with the product and support.

Great backup!
I deliberately switched off the power to this UPS after allowing it to charge completely for several hours while using the Router for WiFi Internet and went to bed pretty late.By morning, it had powered off but I realized that it had already run for atleast 3 hours before I went to bed – it worked as claimed!!Easy to setup and forget because it works as it should; definitely go for it!NOTE: I am using it to power my TP Link router (5 GHz) for ACT Internet and the supplied pin was a direct fit.

Best Service with great product
I purchased this product, and it has been excellent. It allows me to use the internet seamlessly during power outages, providing up to 2.5 hours of backup. This means I can stay connected without interruption even when thereâs no power.As for the service, they replaced the battery backup even after the warranty period expired, and the process was quick and efficient. This level of support is truly commendable and highly appreciated by customers.
