Defective Product, Warranty Support is Fake, Never buy Costar products
I got a defective product. The product stopped working just in less than 10 day. When i went to claim warranty, the support team asked me to send video to prove product is not working. They got convinced that its not working after checking my video. Since last more than 3 weeks they are just replying to me that they will send someone to pick up, which never happened. And now they stopped responding to me as well. I think better not to buy any Costar product. Just imagine if they cant replace a Rs 600/- product, what will happen to expensive ones?And i am not able to upload my mail communication because it doesnt allow here..
