The tiffin compartment is a little small. It keeps food warm for 2-4 hours. But not more.The plastic lids are sturdy, leak-proof. Though they develop vacuum and are difficult to open if box is shut while the food is still hot enough for a lot of steam to trap within.Outer bag is of good quality and even leak-proof. Comes with handy strap.Plastic spoon and fork are provided inside too. Though they shouldn’t be used repeatedly.Will not recommend it for adults who are in the habit of having a heavy lunch, as the boxes can’t accommodate greater amounts of food. Nevertheless good for quick lunch.
