I purchased this cup less than a month ago and it is leaking around the bottom. Amazon says it it not eligible for return. Buying this item is a big mistake. I wish I had read the reviews before buying since several other people have also had negative experiences.

I gave to family member for x-mas. He tried to plug it in and noticed the plug in the cup was broken. It will not heat or hold cord in place. And, of course, he tossed the original packaging so we cannot return it. Live and learn. Certain things should be purchased in person.
