Amazing Noise cancelling, great user experience
(I own a pair of Sony XM4s also. So, all of my comparison is being made with that device.)Quality 7/10 =>First off, the bat, this feels like a premium product from the packaging and the case that it comes with. But once you open it the headphone itself is very light and the materials is decent so it doesn’t give you that premium feeling. That was my issue, like the Xm4s feel a lot nice and feels like you’ve paid the money for it, these feel a little plasticy and fragile.Comfort => 10The weight being less is a great factor when it comes to comfort, they sit so lightly on the head and the earcups are large enough that there is no touching anywhere.Noise cancelling => 10The noise cancelling is better than the XM4s by like a good 10-15%, you can tell difference in the first few seconds of wearing it. Does a good job without creating that vacuum pressure.Sound => 8The sound off the box is VERY flat. There was no punch in the sound and was a little underwhelming. But the Bose app has a basic EQ that lets you customize it a bit which really helped bring this thing to life. It was a lot better after but still not as good the Sony XM4.Price =>9Got this for around 17k after card discounts and everything, it is a really good price to own a “Bose”, if you know what i mean. But other than the brand factor and their noise cancelling tech there nothing much you can tell it is worth price. The plastics were feeling a little cheap and the voice that says pairing and connected is a little annoying and sounds like those cheap Chinese devices

Ahah ! This is absolutely brutal. Super premium class sound quality.
The disadvantage I have discovered is it falls if you shake your head too much. Otherwise as a customer and music lover you can’t find anything bad in this. Super cool sound quality, perfect battery performance. no connection losing issues with my Samsung S23 even while sitting in a deferent room. Fantastic build quality. Touch works just fine. Wow 👏🏻 Boss Rocks.

Amazon customer care is pathetic
I would recommend every prime or genuine buyer here to not purchase costly item . Pls. don’t get trap on discounts/offr .. better you buy it from store. Because once you buy they will not return the product within a day or 2 as well.I got trapped because of this Amazon big sale. I recently bought this Bose Headphone product & facing issue on my right ears as it generates huge amount of vacuum during noise cancellation. I asked customer care to return as I have invested good amount of money but they didn’t.. they eaten up almost 15 mins over the call.. by just simply saying policy , policy policy… Hence, recommending all of you to pls buy it from store but not online .

These headphones are by far the best I’ve ever owned. From a sound, build quality, functionality, ease of use and comfort standpoint. I’ve had use of the Sony WH1000XM4’s for about a year, as well as using older Bose QC45 (wired), Samsung Buds Pro 2 & Airpods 4. These new Bose are the full package and tick every box that other products can’t.I listen to music constantly and these allow me to do it without fiddling or adjustment. In ear headphones never seem to sit right despite liking the portability. The Bose are bulkier compared to an airpod but the actual experience of wearing them is so much more comfortable than having a shiny, slippery, hard peice of plastic crammed in your ear.The quality is top tier. Listening to a podcast with these on can sometimes have me taking the headphones off to check my surroundings as you hear spacial aduio in the room of the podcast that sounds like its around you. It can be a little bit bewildering at first as you can really pinpoint where sounds are coming from. These enhance and immerse you in songs that I’ve not had in another product.My only slight gripes if I could have any is that you pay extra for the hard shell case. It’s an absolute essential and worth the money but seems a little bit of a steep price for what it is. The AUX cable is a little bit thin and doesn’t feel like it will last a long time, still quality and works well however. The only other point is where Airpods 4 have the one up here, the interactive audio cues for transparency and quite mode is much more pleasant to listen to than the Bose AI voice which sounds like a Windows 98 screen narrator.Otherwise these for me are the winner over the Sony XM4’s. Comfort is similar, build quality and case are too. The bose win it for me very slightly with better ANC, functionality buttons and no swiping interface on the side which I found problematic with Sony. Bose are much easier to use consistently and in general the best to use that I’ve found.Worth the money if you can afford it.*1 month update- windows98 narrator can be turned off in the app.
