First they didnât gave the carrier with the mat and second the quality is very average, very thin and rubbery cheap material. You can look for better alternatives than this.Better to increase your budget a bit and get TPE mats- best quality and will last you really really long.Donât buy this cause later it will worn off maybe within few months of use.

Detailed review of this Mat
I don’t ever write reviews, this is my first, so it’s going to be pretty detailed.The only reason I’m writing this is because I want this review to be the help I needed while looking for the “perfect” mat.So if you’re looking for a mat which does not slip from its place, has a great grip while holding asanas, is sweat resistant, has a good length and cushioning ALL WHILE being affordable, this is the mat! The surface is flat and it helps me balance well. Oh and it comes with a bag, so it’s a plus.Now, I only have two issues(not very major but eh): one is its weight. It says on the site that the mat is 850 gms but I’m pretty sure it seems heavier. However, it’s not a dealbreaker for me since the surface is of rubber so understandable.Other issue is that I have bought the khaki colored mat so the white thing on it keeps coming off with each practice. It sticks on my skin and clothes due to the sweat. So this sort of irritates me. But again, not a dealbreaker for me.So that’s that.Overall I give this mat a 4/5. (Because of the 2 cons) But I believe with the price point, the mat is really good and definitely a go to if you’re not willing to spend 4-5k on a yoga mat. Happy Practicing:)
