This product is so difficult to work with! The main floor brush attachment is so stiff that you have to bend all the way to make it work and. My back is totally screwed . I don’t know if that’s a manufacturing defect or the normal way of working with this but would definitely not recommend it.

I bought this for our camper and it is perfect. It charges quickly and holds a charge for a very long time. It has worked great for us and my mom likes it so much when she camped with us that she bought one for her camper.

Unfortunately it arrived in the UK with a US plug. I used Amazon chatbot to solve it and I have to say they were very good and efficient. Shame because it seems to be a good product.

Supplied with US plug on charger. Have ordered adapter but this was a gift and has caused embarrassment for the recipient and myself. The description should make it clear that an adapter also needs to be purchased
