Heavy duty Vacuum Cleaner & Blower.
I used to buy Black and Decker products.BLACK+DECKER WDBD15 High Suction Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner & Blower works nicely with both Dry and Wet floor.Motor is heavy duty and more powerful to blow dust having distance more than 10 to 15 feet away.It takes very less time to change from Blower to Suction mode.Cleaning of body also washable and made of heavy duty fiber material.Years ago I purchased Iron and its about 10th year since purchase. There is no any fault or repairing required till now.

Works like a magnet!! Super suction!
I really like this purchase of mine. Couldn’t imagine the dust i was living in. This is a powerful shop-vac with ease to use and value for money. The product doesn’t really need a demo. But I’ve been reading comments about “blower – vaccum working simultaneously”. Well, in such vacuumes this is the norm. Air pulled in collects dust in the bag. Then it’s further filtered by the HEPA filter and released back into the air (blower) after filtering dust and allergens. Makes sense right?. If it doesn’t blow the vacuumed air out at the same time it pulls in, where will all that sucked in air go?I use the vac every third day, twice a week, and run it constantly for over half an hour to forty five minutes. It does get a bit warn, but not really a concern. U can constantly use for an hour and then let it rest for a bit to continue further use. I reckon that’s not gonna be a problem at all.All in all, it’s a worthy buy and an amazing product for cleaning your house up, thoroughly! Rather than just going for a vac meant for hard floors only, this one does a great job with upholstery, bedding, carpets etc.

Reasonably Good product
This is an overall good product. Only draw back is the length of hose. It’s a little too short. Had to buy a separate hose from Rodak for inr 1700/-. Build quality and suction is good. There is no provision to tie the cord on the machine. Might have to stick some 3m hooks.

Product Excellent but Service is PATHETIC.
The Vacuum Cleaner product is good and that is why I brought two more of these – and gifted it to my parents and in-laws as well. Two years since the purchase of this product, I am unable to find spare accessories. The component of any appliance is subjected to wear and tear. Therefore it is extremely important to have a flow of these accessories. For vacuum cleaners, the dust bags, the flexible hose and the rigid ones are important. Try buying these on Amazon and there is no B&D accessories available. Finally called the service center to get the number of local dealer so that I can personally go and pick it up. Call them and you get no solution. They will tell you to wait for 48 hours for the technical person to call. My query was simple – give me the number of your local dealer for which you have to wait for a technical person to call.Looking online I called a dealer who claimed that they were ONCE a dealer of B&D products but because of POOR AFTERSALES, they discontinued the dealership. So this is a problem with the Management of B&D in India.BUY B&D Products at your own peril. I thought it was important to put this across because the rating is very good on the product.. yes if you are looking at spending 5000 or so on a product that can be used and thrown away in a few months – its a good buy. But if you want to extract the maximum of a product then B&D is not a choice.

Had they gave us more accessories
At this price point ( â¹4500) , this is a very good buy. Infact, barring the Amazon Basics W&D vaccum , this could be the cheapest one listed out here. It has very good suction and also the noise levels not so high. It is also very easy to handle and does not weigh much even if you had to carry it on hand. Where it fell falt for me is in the accessories provided . In addition to the suction hose and the extender, they are providing only 3 brushes out of the box. One for the floor cleaning, a small flat brush and a nozzle type one for cleaning corners. They decided not to provide an angular brush, which in my opinion is the most useful one . So when you decide to clean your window frames, you can’t vaccum it effeciently. I had a Eureka Forbes nano type vaccum and I tried to use the angular brush provided by them. Guess what, the size doesn’t match . So now I have to spend another â¹500 or so to get the additonal brush.Another thing that I didn’t like is the quality of the plastics used in the brushes. The small flat one was already in a cracked state when I receive the product. They are not build to last unlike the Eureka Forbes accessories it seems. Other that these I am satisfied with the product performance so far.

This light weight ( only 3 lbs ) machine is very handy! I love that it has a pull out extended nozzle and little brush attachment that is attached so you will never lose its parts! It has decent suction and I mostly use it to vac my bedside “furry” carpets, dust bunnies and I use it a lot in the kitchen to suck up coffee grounds or crumbs. It is super easy to clean and love the reusable washable filter! One thing I have noticed is that when it is sitting on its charger the solid blue light ( for some models it is a red light) doesn’t always come on which means it is not charging so I have to fiddle with it a bit.I haven’t had it for very long so I will update in 6 months if there are any more pros/cons.

I love this Dust Buster ordered it as the 12 volt model which I already have seems to be no longer available. The only problem when it arrived was that it came with a USA/Canada two prong charger base and not the three pin which we use here in the UK, so I had to purchase the adapter suitable for USA/Canada appliances.

UPDATE: It is now 2019(!), and I have been using this vacuum for 6 years now. It still functions, and I am still using the original filter. Nothing has changed from my original review, there are still things I would like to change about this product (specifically the way the top locks – or doesn’t lock – into place consistently) but the fact that I have gotten 6 years of use out of a handheld vacuum is unprecedented so far for me so I am happy to overlook that flaw.No broken parts, battery still holds a decent charge (I get about 20 minutes of uninterrupted vacuuming out of it at this point, which is more than enough for small cleanups), and the vacuum basically functions as it did when I purchased it.This appears to be a solid product with a reasonable price point and proven durability, so it still gets 5 stars from me.______________________________________Original review below:______________________________________After several negative experiences with other vacuums, I wanted to wait to do a long-term review of this product because, for me, how a vacuum cleaner holds up to prolonged use is more important than my first impressions. I have now been using this vacuum for 2 years, so I feel pretty confident in giving this product 5 stars (i.e. I love it, with a few minor nitpicks). Why I bought this vacuum: I wanted something to quickly pick up small amounts of debris without having to haul out the much heavier and more cumbersome upright vacuum. I keep it plugged into its dock in the main living area, so I can quickly grab it whenever needed.Things I love: After buying this vacuum, I got golden retriever puppy, so it’s safe to say that about 90% of what I’m vacuuming up nowadays has some amount of dog hair in it. Even though I didn’t buy this for handling pet hair, this vacuum handles it flawlessly. In fact, I frequently use it to grab up the stray tumbleweeds of dog hair that often migrate into the various corners of the house (pet people you’ve probably dealt with this before). You’ll need something much more powerful to get the pet hair out of carpets and furniture, but for hardwood floors, tile and other hard surfaces, it works great. For those who don’t have pets, there’s still plenty of uses for this thing. I use it to grab stray crumbs on the kitchen floor in between deep cleanings. It’s great at picking up small leaves and dirt that get tracked in near the doorways. During the Christmas season, this vacuum is my go-to for picking up the Christmas tree needles which inevitably end up scattered everywhere (much like the dog hair!)So, in summary, I’d say that the vacuum is absolutely great for cleaning small to moderate amounts of debris off of pretty much any type of hard surface. I wouldn’t recommend using it to clean pet hair or debris out of carpets or upholstery, although it can do so, provided it’s not embedded very deeply.Cleaning: The vacuum is bagless and can be disassembled into 5 pieces for cleaning which you can see in the photo. It’s a pretty straightforward process since most of the pieces are plastic. There’s a cloth filter which can also be cleaned or replaced, as needed. The filter pops out and can be emptied into a trash bin, the full disassembly is only required if you want to clean all the parts (I tend to do this after 2-3 times of just emptying the cartridge). After cleaning, I like to put a couple of drops of essential oils (peppermint, etc) on the filter, which gives the room a nice smell while vacuuming. So far the filter and all internal parts have held up well with only cosmetic damage from scuffs, etc.Cons: There’s not much to mention here, but a couple small things worth noting:1. The top of the vacuum cleaner is one solid piece that has to be clipped into the rest of the body of the vacuum. It can sometimes seem like it is locked in but, if you do not do this correctly, the end will fall off during vacuuming. This can be annoying, as you have to stop and re-attach it again. I’d recommend future models include a better locking mechanism, or at least something that holds together a bit better.2. Battery life is good; however after 2 years of moderate to heavy use, I get about 10 minutes of solid vacuuming before the battery dies out. I’d say this represents an overall degradation of about 50%, given that, when new, the vacuum could handle about 20 minutes before needing a recharge. This is, of course, a rough estimation, and I haven’t compared performance to other vacuum models, just something to be aware of. It doesn’t bother me much given that I only use it for small amounts of debris and not for vacuuming the entire house at once.Who would I recommend this for?-Anyone who has hard floors or surfaces they want to clean, without the hassle of a full-size vacuum.-Dorm use-Studio apartments-People with pets who want a quick way to get hair out of their (non-carpeted) surfaces
