Excellent Build Quality
I use 2pcs with 4 monitors this would be a replacement for one of my dead monitor.BenQ would be my first brand i purchased in monitor segment, This is the first time i saw a brand care so much authentically about packaging, the monitor came in solid thicc thermocol which is nice and i having so many monitors all these years i feel i should compliment on the packaging cause this reduces useless headache factors like replacement for damages on delivery/shipping, pretty good👍 packaging gives you confidence to buy from the brand.Quality is solid and design is simple no silly extra showoff stupid design, gets your daily job done without problems, i bought this cause i was searching for something reliable that lasts long with daily long time casual use, this meets that requirements.pros:+Accurate price of 8k+Sturdy Build Quality (i bought BenQ based on this)+Simple design+Vesa support+Display Colors are ok but depth may need tinkering to calibrate properly.+can easily switch between 2 pc+casual gaming ok+No dead pixel.+IPS backlight bleed not noticeable to almost non existent (i have one area on top however its not noticble unless i sit really close)+hmdi cable,3pin adapter+One Cool Silent feature this monitor has is “Brightness Intelligence Gen 2 (B.I. Gen2)” its a sensor build under the monitor of the BenQ GW series i think, what it does is basically adjusts bluelight brightness based on ambient lighting condition of the room, the feature is cool if you are reading data for long time in a dark room, i personally dont use cause i tweak my gpu to control all monitor brightness individually but its useful i suppose.cons:-100hz is not that great but if you are aiming for casual use at 45hz to 75hz might work. (all monitors with 100hz tech is snake oil in all segment, a true 100hz+ would cost 30k atleast)-speakers are not loud but good feature to have in some cases when you dont have headphones around.(i will update review later after few months if need)

Best Product in range
i really like the design and and overlook appearance. In hilt speakers are ok but there are no use of it so you can ignore it. Monitor colors features are also commendable but one professional person with graphics and color editing may miss gamma as it is to bright to carry to get the true colors. Side view angel are also good and do not effect optical view difference.

No Service & No Support and a broken screen were received
I bought 25 BenQ screens, and when I needed support, I was extremely disappointed. Their service team was unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, one of the screens arrived broken. If I had known their service was this bad, I would never have made such a large purchase. I’m thoroughly dissatisfied and will avoid buying BenQ products in the future. Please think twice before buying!मैंने BenQ के 25 स्क्रीन खरीदे, और जब मुझे सहायता की ज़रूरत पड़ी, तो मैं बेहद निराश हुआ। उनकी सेवा टीम ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया और मदद करने में विफल रही। इससे भी बुरी बात यह है कि एक स्क्रीन टूटी हुई आई। अगर मुझे पहले पता होता कि उनकी सेवा इतनी खराब है, तो मैं इतनी बड़ी खरीदारी कभी नहीं करता। मैं पूरी तरह से असंतुष्ट हूँ

Es un excelente monitor para productividad, lo uso como monitor secundario y cumple con lo esperado. Tiene una opción para display en modo programación (coding) que hace que se vea muy bien el fondo negro y resalta mas la letras. La opcion de reducir la luz azul es muy útil. Si buscas un monitor que de buenas prestaciones a un buen precio para productividad este es.

Las opciones eran Samsung y Asus, pero al ver una reseña del BenQ GW2490 de Craig Neidel en YT me decidí para comprarlo.Algunos puntos destacados:1. Tiene dos altavoces (no es común).2. Dos puertos HDMI y un DP (Mac).3. Un modo e-paper (asemejando al Kindle) muy bueno.4. Múltiples modos de cuidado de la vista.5. El tamaño y la resolución muestran imágenes muy nítidas. Los negros se ven profundos (sin esa capa gris).6. Diseño sobrio que resulta elegante.7. Puedes descargar un software desde la página web de BenQ “EyeCare” y, con el uso, descubrí que bajo el logotipo de BenQ (en el monitor) está un espacio negro con sensores de proximidad. Si estás muy cerca del monitor, te sale un aviso emergente en la pantalla indicando que cuides la distancia.El cambio entre la PC de 15.6” a este de 24” es muy notorio (lógicamente ). Las imágenes te ayudan a dimensionar, pero tenerlo en el escritorio confirma que valió la pena la compra.Agrego una fotos para que puedan ver la calidad en la nitidez en letras o textos (pasando del modo cuidado al modo e-paper). Además, unas cuantas más para que comparen la calidad de imagen entre la PC Asus y el monitor y los reflejos que tiene.Espero les sirvan, yo quería reseñas claras para decidirme.

Es un buen monitor, estoy muy conforme, lo unico q le mejoraria es q se pueda ajustar la altura, queda bajo y tengo q poner algo para subirlo
