Poor product quality and customer service
Mutiple returns had to be initiated as the base (fabric) was smaller than the frame. Poor quality and workmanship. 3rd attempt the base (fabric) was stretched to fit the swing but the remote is non-functional. It became a nightmare with mutiple messages, return requests and lost all interest in buying swin again. Amazon should remove this product from their website. After the final return the refund is STUCK, that’s the only message on the return I have received. It’s been stuck for 8 days now.
