Very useful
Iâve been using this for a few months and it has come very handy. The material is very good and it does the job. It sterilises the bottle parts and any other baby items that we want to sterilise like pacifiers. It also warms or defrosts the milk. There are separate different modes for the material in which the milk is stored like plastic bottle or silicone bottle or bag. There is also separate setting for temperature in which the milk is before and according to it the machine runs. For example if we give frozen it would run accordingly. And also a separate setting for how much ml milk the bottle has. Very comfortable and useful product that has value for its price. We can use it very easily and it does not make any noise when in use.

Review update:So last time when I posted my below review the customer support finally got in touch with me. They told me to ship the product back to them for checking and they will reimburse the shipping cost (which I never got back till today). After that they sent me a new product which worked perfectly BUT AGAIN JUST FOR AROUND 2 MONTHS and the same problem started again. Now that I complianed again there’s no follow up from their side at all.So my conclusion is this PRODUCT’S LIFE IS JUST 2 MONTHS. And customer support is not a support at all.Avoid buying BayBee products.. go for some other brand with long lasting products and proper customer support************************************We have many products of Baybee brand.This bottle warmer worked totally fine for around a month. Seemed like a very good buy. After a month it started taking almost triple time to warm the milk which eventually beats the purpose of buying this product. Now after around 2 months of use it barely does anything. It takes around 15 minutes just to start warming the water while your baby is crying so basically it’s become useless.So just after a month of use this product is useless. Avoid buying this and go for some other brand which has proper customer service.We contacted the customer service and they said they need a video showing the bottle warmer is not heating. I failed to understand how they will figure out in the video that it’s not heating.

Very easy to use
This bottle warmer is so easy to use and i am just loving it. This makes life so easy now I donât have to wait for milk to come at room temperature. And the best part is I donât have to boil bottle separately to sterilise. It will sterilise the bottle and also we can warm the food too.

WorksOnly to warm up the milk
I use it for my baby right from day 1 as he is formula feeded. Itâs already 1 month that I use it and I can say itâs quiet convenient to keep the warm water all over the night near the bed so that to prepare the milk quickly. But the other option of sterilizing is not working at all. If u look for warm than go for it. One more thing – big bottle of 250 ml doesnât come inside with nipple. And the steam drops are coming inside the cap of the warmer as shown on the pic. And the other irritating thing is that it automatically switches off after 24 hours and u can just miss it and the water will be cold when u need it. I believe they should make this option choosable so that parents can choose if they want it to be switched off or not.

The normal warming feature is a savoir.For formula milk, you can keep the water in the feeding bottle, set the desired temperature according to your baby’s liking (I set it at 37’C )And the warmer will keep the water at that temperature for 24 hours. Whenever you need it, just pull the bottle out, mix the formula and shakeIt’s ready to go !!!No more too cold.. too hot hassle
