Chair is good.
Overall this is a very good chair. It isnt expensive and its comfortable. I got this chair 3 days ago and I have spent around 42 hours sitting on it !!!So far I have no backpain or neck pain.But the headrest seems to be too close and I removed it. But fortunately there is extra padding at the neck area on the chair itself, which means for most of us, we dont need headrest.Functionality 10/10Office use 10/10Wheels are smooth snd mobility isnt an issue.The cons :-1) Seller asking for 5 star rating for warranty !?2) The QC is kinda bad to ok. There was some minor scratches + dusty colors, like someone put the base of the chair on some reddish color stones.3) Entire plastic area was covered with some kind of oily stuff which smelled bad.But for cons 2 and 3, you can just use a wet wipe n clean it, thats what I did ! [Overall its a 4.5 / 5]
