Average quality, broken glass at edges
I ordered a set of 23 frames earlier. 4 were broken. The manufacture in the instructions had given his contact details so when I contacted him he was very kind and asked me to return it. The problem was of packaging and poor handling by cloudtail. Then I ordered this set of 15. This time Everthing was in order but this one Comes with a glass rather than a Plexi sheet. The glass has been chipped off from the edges. Though all look ok when used in frame. This one misses on the hooks and level gauge as supplied earlier. So 1 ð lost for average quality of MDF board frame and another for chipped off glass pieces and effort required to install without the hooks. Had to drill holes and put bit with nails.It looks awesome after event is done

Disappointing Purchase – Low-Quality Photo Frames with Missing Glass
Rating: â ââââ (1 star)I’m really bummed about the photo frames I got from this Amazon vendor. They’re just not up to snuff. The frames are kinda shoddy, with a cheap, rough look and feel. And guess what? They came without any glass! I mean, how can you have photo frames without glass to protect your precious memories? It’s a real bummer.This oversight is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the vendor’s attention to detail and product quality. Given the price I paid, this purchase is a disappointment. I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for photo frames, and I hope this feedback prompts the vendor to improve their products and quality control.
