It is working well , It has been couple of weeks since I bought it .Has all mentioned features with speed control but its kind of just an extra useless feature as you will alwyas put your fan speed max. , has good build quality according to price.

Just a Laptop stand with 2 spinners and lights
Its totally useless for cooling purpose. It can only be used as laptop stand. Its fan make no difference while turning on or off, not a single degree. Fan only spins and not even flows any air. My laptop fan is much faster than this s#it. Totally worthless in terms of cooling pad its just a stand.

This review is for “Ant Esports NC160 Laptop Cooling Pad”I recived the cooling pad but th epackaging was poor and one side of pakage was open, but the iteams inside it was fine.This is good considering is price.The only problem is its slow fan speed and there is no option to turn off the led lights.Rest , one can go for it.
