Pathetic Packaging, Combination Lock not working
Received this product in not so good condition.one half of top panel of box was opened up. Trolley was not inside polythene packaging.It got dirty at 3,4 places due to such careless handing.Warranty Card was also pasted to Packaging box.this was highly unlikely.To add to misery, I discovered Combination Lock is not working. This is not expected for product which was being looked forward to.Had to put return request
