Poor product and customer service
I bought this adapter with a 6-month warranty, but it stopped working after just 2 months. It took me 3-4 days to reach their customer care because their WhatsApp support is useless, and they are not very responsive on calls.When I finally spoke to customer care, they asked me to complete a lot of formalities to start the replacement process. Even after that, I had to courier the faulty adapter to their address, which would cost around â¹180 â almost half the price of the adapter (â¹350).I decided not to continue with replacement process and bought a new adapter from a better brand instead.
