Missing half of the items Ordered
First time when the item was delivered 12 spoons were missing, so I returned it. Then ordered once again, surprisingly the same package which I returned was sent back to me with once again the same items missing. I am wondering whether there is any quality check or return inspection being conducted before sending packages
