Complaint about receiving the faulty speakers
I have ordered 2 set of Amazon basics speakers on 10 November 2023 but the thing is that I was not available at home to check the speakers whether they’re in working condition or not . So today when connect both set of speakers one by one then I come find that one set of speakers is not working and is faulty since it is being delivered to us. Please give me the solution by replacing the faulty set of speaker with new and working one . I know Amazon is known for its credibility in e commerce space and I hope the solution will be given to me for this problem as soon as possible.This product is good but the speakers i got are faulty.
