I have to replace this product immediately after receiving the order, because of no battery backup, bluetooth connection drop, very poor sound quality.I don’t know why that type of damaged product is delivered to the customer.Note: Amazon basics original pack was already opened and it was kept inside a well packed cartoon box.

Amazon Basics ain’t worth buying
Not Playing if volumes is increased to 80% or above. It just turns off when volume reaches above 80%. Charge is not stable. One time it shows 100% charge and within 30 mins it Reaches 1% and Turns off. Very much Disappointed.I Chose replacement but amazon very irresponsible with replacement. I’d rather use Other setvices like Flipkart, Ebay, Etc.

Never Buy this Product
After I received this product I got it replaced because there is absolutely no battery back up. The second one i received is the same, without giving any back up. I dont know what to do. Guys please dont by this product.
