Overall good product and does the job, only problem the motor gets heated up too quickly. So have to wait until it cools down to finish in one go. It was extremely beneficial to help clean during Diwali. Easy to use and takes less space to store

Very useful and handy item
The suction power is good. The list of attachments is very good and does the job really well. Can be used as a handheld (portable) one to clean out sofas, window sills etc. Also can be used to clean fans, walls etc. with the long handle. Even though it might turn a bit heavy when the handle is attached (might be slightly difficult for women to use with the long handle). But overall, it’s a great product. Definitely worth the price we paid.

Terrible customer care and product works only for one year
I didn’t want to write this review and wanted to let go even though the product exactly worked for one year, heated up, melted the insides and stopped working BUT it’s the way Agaro’s customer care lady treated me is what is making me write this. When I lodged a complaint, I got a call one afternoon from Agaro Customer care. I politely told her that the Vacuum cleaner stopped working exactly one month after a year long of usage and asked how can I fix this problem.What I expected:1. Her to listen, ask for my address, tell me how much it would cost me for service or replacement or give me some options or politely tell me that nothing can be done.What she did:YELL AT ME. That’s right. She crazily started yelling at me telling my warranty has expired and told me to drop the call. I was at office, getting yelled randomly by a customer care executive for a faulty product and it upset me a lot. Agaro, you lost all my respect that day although I used to be a fan of your products and have recommended this vacuum cleaner to many people.So there you go customer care lady, take my one star (a big ZERO TO YOU) and your feedback to your employer. Hope Karma hits you back soon :)P.S. This happened in May or June 2024 and today I am writing this as I bought a new vacuum cleaner from Eureka forbes and finally have a good product with me. Let’s see how long it lasts(this is a genuine review and not a promotion)

It is good in performance and can clean the open area. Tiny area or sliding window not able to clean properly. Not recommended. In this price, we can get 2in1 inflator and vocume cleaner also.

Fantastic and Fabulous
I was a bit scared before buying this and also saw a bit of YouTube review videos for whether the product serve the purpose thoroughly or not , and will it powerful enough, easy to use enough, and will save my time and efforts for brooming. But after getting this, my all purpose gets seamlessly accomplished, it is very useful if you are a workib person or student living in flat or PG , and you want to clean your room floor and bedding , cupboard and almirah, it works at all these seamlessly, specially the tiles floor. Do buy the floor attachment and handle one variant. I also got 1 year warranty and 6 months extended warranty after registering product. 1.5 years of warranty for 2100 Rs. Product which such great usability is a steal deal for working bachelor or student. Recommended if you are one with my kind of needs and use.
