It works well, fast and auto shuts off after boiling.Pros:Boils water in 3 mins.Good finish.Detachable lid is easy to clean.Keep warn keeps water warm after boiling.Cons:Need careful handling due to size and design.Handle could be more ergonomically designed.Keep warm LED stopped working after 10 days.

Low noise, fast heating and the keep warm feature is excellent. The kettle looks amazing as well.Only drawback is that the keep warm feature cannot be switched off unless you switch off the main. This could be looked at for the next version of the model.Otherwise brilliant product.

Mind blowing, Best Kettle, Elegant and stylish
Product quality is best. Service of the company is too good. There was minor issues with the kettle and company provided a replacement within a week. Go ahead and buy it if you are looking for best kettle.

Does the job. Weird lid
The lid doesn’t come attached to the body like it does for most kettles. It’s this weird tupperware mechanism which you have to manually put into place and take off. It would have been fine had we not been dealing with boiling water. Now I have to worry about scalding myself or anyone else every time I pour out a glass.The heating function in itself works well. Looks good although the gold accents are going to fade and age poorly. Given a choice again, id get something else thats in the same price range. Shall update the review after 6 months of use

Good looking product, works even better. The keep warm function is quite innovative and works well for a variety of needs. The customer service is excellent and issues and attended to promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
