I regret purchasing extended warranty from acko I cancel the order of tv within 24hrs I’ve been unable to obtain a refund for the warranty it’s been more the three weeks and I am still waiting now I am so fursted very pathetic service

Non returnable even after returning appliances
I regret purchasing an extended warranty from ACKO. Despite returning the TV on the same day, I’ve been unable to obtain a refund for the warranty. It’s been over 20 days, and I’m still waiting. I strongly advise others to be cautious of purchasing extended warranties from ACKO.

Confusing
This extended warranty is little bit confusing because you get a mail saying activation code but you can’t find anything in that mail even documents. They are saying it is extended warranty and it don’t need any physical documents.
