Purchased 1 year extended plan and customer care after 8 days says no order visible in their system.Do not purchase acko insurance policy. After 8 days of purchase on Amazon for my camera, and calling customer care of acko several times they are clueless about the policy order itself. So forget about policy document. Extremely disappointed ððð
