Works best with modern hardware and operating system. But if you have old lapy, still you gain performance but not fuller. The SSD enclosure is of plastic. So heat transfer is an issue.

Review After Two Years
I purchased this hard disk on February 6, 2022. Initially, it performed well, but now it has become unresponsive; my system can’t detect it and displays a “request failed due to a fatal device hardware error.” I’ve tried various solutions from YouTube, but nothing has worked. When I visited a nearby Acer service center, they rejected my request for assistance since I bought the product online. Additionally, when I enter my serial number on the Acer website, it shows “no data available.” I’m now completely confused about whether I received a duplicate product or not.

La velocidad de lectura y escritura es muy similar a las ya existentes de otras marcas, de igual formato (sata III). Más económico que otras marcas, ahora es muy pronto decir la durabilidad, pero espero sea duradero
