CableCreation USB C to HDMI 4K @60Hz, Type C has stopped working
I had registered a complaint on the toll free number and the Tiger Commerce team mentioned to write a product feedback. The cable has stopped working and the product is under warranty. Would appreciate, Amazon to pass on the review comments with Tiger Commerce who has shipped this product and get this cable repaired or replaced which is under warranty.The mentioned cable was connected to Samsung S9+ thunder type C type USB to Samsung HDMI slot. It stopped working and tried connecting to another device One Plus and LG TV, however the cable has stopped functioning.Need urgent assistance from the Seller to get this repaired or replaced, as the product is still under warranty.

Stopped working, not sure if it’s an Apple thing
The cable is sturdy and shielded well. The connector quality is good. I loved the form factor.But in about 8-10 weeks after regular use, MacBook Pro stopped detecting the cable. A few weeks before it completely stopped, it would stop working intermittently i.e. the display would go blank during use and replugging usually solved the issue.

Amazing product very useful for MacBooks
I have been using this product for about a year. I have faced no issues as of now. it delivers a great quality. I have used this product to connect my MacBook Pro to a 4K Samsung smart monitor of 32 inch. It delivers amazing 4K quality on that monitor. A minor thing which I have noticed is the device heat on using for longer hours (7-8 hours of continuous use) and results in a little lag. Rest everything is excellent.

This is a great piece of equipment but don’t be surprised if it does not work for your phone not all phones are compatible to deliver information to your TV research it first or you could just try and buy the cable like I did and it didn’t work so I just returned it you can stream from your phone to a smart TV or through your Roku as a mirror image but you just have to have a separate home-based Wi-Fi internet 2 cast with good luck
