Overall A Good Buy
I am writing review after using the bag for a month.Pros -1. It does the job well as mentioned – can be used as both Trolley or Backpack on shoulder.2. Two step handle. Also height of handle is appropriate.3. Wheels are sturdy( I have dragged them on roads with pebbles, pavement and also office marble floors) – Wheel sound may vary depending on the ground but then manufacturer can’t do anything about wheel.4. Material and Quality is also nice – no zip issues till now.Cons or Improvement (I feel this feature are missing or may be I faced issue)1. Foldable flap needs to be lengthy enough to cover stopper too -The stopper will not be covered with the foldable flap hence if you keep your bag on your lap while sitting in public transport or office bus(rather keeping down) ,your clothes will get dirty.2. Length – Compared to other bags it is slightly bigger in size which can be understandable as it is because of the handle.3. Weight – could be felt slightly more if you use it as shoulder bag all the time. Hence I use it as trolley bag for most of time apart from stairs and public transport.4. Shuffle between trolley and shoulder mode(while travelling) may get little irritating sometime but nothing can be done about that.Overall, It’s worth a buy in this price range and it does the job very well. Compared to carrying shoulder bag all the time, Using Novex bag smartly may reduce burden on your shoulder and back.Edit : Nov 2019I used this bag for 4 months in Dubai and even carried a lot of clothes while coming back in flight. It has endured everything.Though before travel I wanted to exchange it due to bag fabric has torn near wheels, so I spoke to Seller before travel(pictures attached) . He was accomodating to give me exchange product after the travel. Since the two short(one step) handle bags sent by seller was not acceptable to me. Delivery and Pick up taken care by Seller.I am upgrading rates from 4 to 5 star due to their customer service (despite delay and follow ups) they are helpful.The exchange bag doesn’t have a matte finish handle and nails are visible compared to the original used bag (pictures attached) . May be they have stopped production of that kind of bag. Anyway, proceeding with the exchange as a lot of effort has being put by the seller over time.

My Travel Partner ! (Perfect Almost)
A great product to carry around. Perfect size to accommodate clothes for a 4-7 days travel with special Laptop compartment. Number of pockets is more than sufficient. Trolley is a blessing and working fine since last 6 trips. (Finger Crossed).I would suggest NOVEX to provide a set of retainers for holding the clothes in place inside the bag, though the out side tensioner/ adjustment straps work fine, but still small items tend to move around while traveling.Material is good. The color may not seem very up class, but for me it’s a regular use so good to have a color that can take some dirt and dust.My usual items include 1 Laptop, 6-7 set of clothes, (raincoat), toiletries’, some snacks and bottle.

Value For Money
Update after 1 month :The bottom portion of the bag has started to tear. It’s surprising as there hasn’t been heavy usage at all. I’ve contacted the customer support multiple times though messages and calls but no response.Received the delivery 5 days before the Amazon date which was a good surprise. The bag comes safely packed in a plastic case and then a pro looking cardboard box.The bag is sturdy and has many pockets to organize your things. Perfect for office use. The wheels are strong and smooth. There is an extra padding/cover incase you want to convert it into the backpack mode so that the wheels gets covered. Good bag over and Value for Money to the core.
