How to install the gas lift cylinder on your own?
Tip the chair onto its side.Use the rubber mallet to tap and remove the base of the chair away from the seat.Use the pipe wrench to clamp tightly onto the top of the cylinder. Twist and then pull up in order to remove the cylinder.Remove the orange cap of the new cylinder. Insert the bottom of the cylinder into the center of the chair base.Carefully lift both the chair base and the chair cylinder into the chair mechanism. The parts will then fasten on their own.

My experience with this hydraulic is not good as I have faced sinking issue.But the seller response is good and they provided me new hydraulic after warranty claim.

It’s smooth but not sturdy
It works but isn’t 100% sturdy, it sinks a few centimeters whenever I sit on it. Now mind you this isn’t a person’s weight issue. i.e it doesn’t matter if you’re heavy or light it’s gonna sink a few centimeters. Others seem to be facing the same problem. But thdn again it’s not a big deal. It’s manageable. Go for it if you get it under 500.

When my chair was not moving up and down, I thought of replacing it. In general, if you go to any shop, you will get it at a higher rate and along with that, you will also have to pay more charges to replace it.But after ordering this product from Amazon, I replaced it myself.
