This bag was too small for my laptop so I returned it. Amazon is showing the refund amount on my account on 13 September 2024, but it has not yet come to my bank account i.e. till 15 September 2024. Please refund my money, it will be a kindness of Amazon company and this has been the worst experience so far in the past years because I have been a respected customer of Amazon for the past years.
