Worst supplier i have ever seen.
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the Philips breast pump.1. Old Stock Delivered: The product I received was manufactured two years ago, which raises concerns about its efficiency and durability.2. Used Product: To my dismay, the pump showed clear signs of prior use, which is completely unacceptable.3. Unhygienic and Unsafe: Given that this is a product meant for nursing mothers, delivering a used and potentially unhygienic item is highly irresponsible.4. Broken Seal: The box seal was tampered with, further confirming that the product was not new.I trusted Philips for quality and reliability, but this experience has been a massive letdown. I strongly urge the company or seller to address such issues and improve their quality control processes. Mothers deserve better!

No more back pain
My back gave out while giving birth and I couldnot sit up at all. Went for this pump and it made feeding possible. Since it has a no lean design, I could pump comfortably. It has a cushion to massage the breast and help me express quickly. Its only because of this that I didnot have to resort to formula.

This breast pump is the only one that ACTUALLY gave me some comfort. Normally, my milk production varies every single time so I just toggle between settings, according to what is comfortable.

Product quality very satisfied
The philips pump is a real lifesaver. I have been using this product for over 4 months now. Really happy with the product. In between had a trouble and when contacted with the customer service I was able to get a part replaced too.

Not the first choice, not the worst choice
I ordered it due to the brand name, despite being quite expensive. I was new to breastfeeding and had sore breast, i was already using luvlap pump which is 2k cheaper and is way more efficient. But since I didn’t know any better, I ordered this.Cons:1. Wired, hence you will have to sit near a plug point, which definitely cant be close to your sleeping baby as the vibration make wake the baby.2. No automatic switch from stimulation to expressing, you have to do that manually and if you have never used a breast pump before, it will be very confusing in the beginning.3. Comes with a bottle with cap and without nipple, so you will have to buy extra bottles for the nipple, bottles are good but expensive too.4. Doesn’t express milk as effectively as Luvlap since the levels are just 4 in this pump.5. Has backflow of milk so some of it will spill when you remove the pumping attachment from the bottle.Pro:1. Less noisy2. Elegant lookingFinal verdictNot worth it, but Luvlap or promom instead

My sister loves it!
After my sis became a mom, I saw how breastfeeding made her feel overwhelmed at times, especially due to her busy sched. so I got this for her. She called me today and said it’s been super helpful! It triggers letdowns in less than a minute and she can even choose the speed she’s comfy with. I’m glad it’s been a useful purchase. Worth every penny!
