THis review is after a year. now a days sometime printer get stuck after first page and restarts after sometime and a thermal label gets wasted.sometime need to restart laptop to start printing again automatically.

Worse product
I used and within 2 months this stopped working. Printing blank lables. No near service center. Still found in delhi and money spent on fault Rs 1000. Again after 1 month same problem. Now service center asking same amount again.

Skips lot of label
It does not work as expected. No consistency in printing, now and then red light blinks. It skips lot of label without printing any. Too much loss of label. Too much extra double work in rolling back empty labels. Please avoid buying this.
