It’s just a waste of money to invest in BOAT
By the following letter of complaint , I would like to express my un-satisfaction with the poor – service and treatment offered by the very renowned company like BOAT .I ordered a Smart watch – BOAT LUNAR ORB on – 02/12/24 worth -1899/- Rs which is not a minimal amount from Amazon Handle . I received the product on 05/12/24 of course , but this was literally the start of my product to be defaulted one after another . The watch had the battery issue with on charge it was showing 100% but as soon as I used to wear it started to draining like 92% then after 1 minute to 47% . As I tried to return or replace the item .The amazon didn’t had any options to do that. I repeatedly tried to ask the representative about the product , but he refused to deal with my questions . After reaching out to customer care – they said to visit the nearest boat Centre , as they will replace my product hands-on . I visited the address shown on the website , got to know its not there, then went to the other address as per shown on the official website . There ,They asked me to wait for 7 days after the delivery to file a replacement and said Amazon and boat have made a new guideline of not entertaining any further complaints regarding the product selled on Amazon .Okay ,Fine I waited for 7 long days to complete and went again to the same store and filed a replacement for the above product on 14th December 2024. I mailed several times .They handed me an invoice and asked me to wait for the product . After few days I received the product , which had again the same battery issue on 26th December 2024. I went to the store again filed a replacement for the second time .They asked me to file an online complaint then I called customer care service number and we discussed this issue more than half an hour and the customer care insured me to this will not happen again in future and asked me to fill the form online.Now this time ,When I received the box on 2nd January 2025,it was empty , There was no watch inside . As confused I mailed again ,they asked me for the pictures and videos. I shared with them .They filed a complaint with ticket number 53444969 .Now It stretched out till January 2025 , I got the three time replaced product on 22th January, again to be found with same battery issue .Now tell me what to do I am most annoyed that I wasted more than 50 days waiting just for a mere product . Amazon has already put up their hands out of this without giving any clear instructions and I am now concerned about the customer handling of this company .I trust this is not the way BOAT wishes to conduct business with valued customers .I literally have no expectations left now . I have attempted to address this issue many times and now I am fed up of all this . I just request to kindly Refund and would never suggest anyone to buy BOAT products in future for sure . And the fun fact npw they’re denying to even refund.I appreciate your attention to this complaint and hope that we can find a satisfactory resolution.
