The USB-A connector body is included in the measurement, and is 50mm of the 200mm. The USB-B section uses up another 35mm (and is also part of the 200mm), leaving you with just over 110mm of actual wire. This means that if you connect a SSD to the top port of your PC, the back of the disk will be up in the air because there’s no available length for the wire to radius correctly. The only acceptable use is on the side of a laptop. The wire will not bend at all, so be sure this length is what you want. It would have been fine if it was 200mm of wire, but what can you do?

Poor performance
The build quality of the wire looks ok. But it stops working after 3 /4 months. I was using it for charging my mobile phones. It charges well and at proper speed but malfunctions after a few months of daily use. I had purchased two of them and both met gave identical poor performance. Suggest don’t buy it. If you want to buy one such go to the oem for a reliable product.
