Amazing product But DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON
I ordered a Tineco s5 combo during the sale and it is an amazing product.Product wise, nothing can beat tineco s5 combo as a wet and dry combo. The product is smooth, not much complications, easy to clean the house with a good enough suction power and amazing moping feature. The moping feature leaves no streaks and removes stubborn stains from the floor. I have used on both tiled and wooden flooring and it does a fantastic job.Now coming to amazon selling it. Their service is too bad. The product that I have received was a damaged piece, the screen was shaking with a rattling sound. Although it was within a 7 day replacement policy, they were not helpful on finding a resolution for a product this expensive. Rather I would suggest PURCHASE IT DIRECTLY FROM FROOTLE WHO IS THE SELLER ON AMAZON ANYWAY. They have their STORES AND WEBSITES and their service is top notch as compared to amazon whose customer service is pathetic.After 6th calls to amazon and continuous explanation of the fault in the product with photos as proof, they were not helpful at all despite, the 7 days replacement policy which is just for namesake. After 6 calls and hours of explanation and annoyance, I called the tineco customer care who within minutes confirmed a replacement.The best things about buying from Frootle stores is that they are the dealers for Tineco in INDIA, they have stores all over the country and their service is top notch. They also give the same discount as amazon.(It isn’t a sponsored review by frootle, rather honesty because if amazon is creating such hassle with their 7 days replacement policy, I can only imagine the chaos in the future if one has to claim warranty)

This machine is an all rounder for me. I was looking for a smart equipment which does this job of both dry and wet mopping in a short time with quick dry. Good that i found this product and the amazon delivered the product within the promised time frame. Kudos to the Amazon team for handling everything in perfection. Frootle India team has been a great help in reaching out frequently for installation and customer support proactively. I have to say the customer service is really great.I found a small problem with the vacuum cleaner’s duct brush，The customer service kindly mailed me a set of vacuum cleaner accessories, including accessories that were not originally included.I have to say that the service quality is very high。After using it for 7 days, I found that the roller brush made some unusual noises. I reported this problem. The customer service politely eliminated all possible problems for me. Finally, it was determined that the roller brush was defective. A new roller brush was quickly arranged for me. I received the new roller brush on the third day.The most amazing setting of Tineco Floor ONE Switch S7 is the powerful application software. I can set the suction power and water ratio of the device in CUSTOM mode on my phone.The above is my experience of using it for almost a month.The customer service told me that they provide a 2-year warranty, so I don’t need to worry about any problems with the device.

I bought Tineco Floor one S3 on 6 Jan 2023 from AmazonIt was working perfectly until the error come after 4 month and I could not solveError 1 clean dirty water tank which I did , but after I run autocycle cleaning, all water is left on the stand instead of dirty water tank (motor malfunction and need major spare part)Error 2 , please restart or contact costumer serviceBelow is the message received from Amazon supplierThe return button remains active between 30 – 50 days after the product order is created.Refunds cannot be made after this process. For the money, this is an excellent hard floor cleaner. Easy to use, fantastic clean, quiet and relatively straight forward to refresh, ready for the next clean.The only real difference I can see between this model and ones twice and three times more expensive, is the small gap along the edges. The S3 doesn’t clean all the way to the skirting boards however, most of our wear & tare is in the middle of the hallways & rooms anyway.Highly recommended to anyone wanting a cordless wet & dry hard floor cleaner that really cleans.Five Stars
