Dimension are very wrong and i feel you sent two pieces same size i didnt check during replacement window and i am stuck with it.Not at compatible and very expensive product.Called a local person he stitched it with perfect precision and way cheaper with very good quality coth.I am sorry but this product is not recommended.

The sofa cover is of good quality, and comfortable. The pattern looks good and it’s easy to set it up. Provided is a leaflet manual that routes to 1. the Quirk website for reference; 2. Instagram for how to video; 3. Support contact via phone/WhatsApp.Realising that it isn’t the right fit for my sofa, I contacted them for options to learn that they don’t have any other sizes available!!! They should definitely mention this upfront in Amazon so that buyers don’t end up with a larger/smaller cover and they can save from some negative reviews.They are missing the 5 star because it doesn’t fit my sofa well. 4 star because the quality is good, and the distortion can be hidden behind. My sofa feels new and fresh now 🙂

[Briefly describe the defect].Return Attempt:I attempted to return the defective product, but the delivery person declined my request without making a single call to inform me.Customer Service:When I called the service center, I was initially told that the product would be replaced. However, when I called back for a follow-up, I was informed that an investigation would need to be conducted first, and I was instructed to call back again to find out why this happened.Overall Experience:This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of clear communication and the failure to handle the return process efficiently have caused significant inconvenience. I expect better service and coordination from Amazon.
