Awesome technology. Cool smart bulb. Download wiz app and add device following the instructions, it is very easy and fast. Once the bulb is connected with a wifi, you can control it from the wiz app. Your phone NEED NOT be connected to the same wifi. You can control the bulb from anywhere as long as the bulb is connected with a wifi.Turn on and off, schedule on and off, change brightness and colour. There are a lot of preset colour themes or you can select a colour of your choice. There are many features like rhythms, scenes and voice control with Google/Alexa which I haven’t tested yet.There is a power outage recovery setting in the app. Suppose you go out of the house for a night. You want to turn the light on remotely at night. So you switch on the light using the wall switch, then turn off it using the app and leave home. Now you can turn on using the app anytime. However, if the power supply goes during this period and comes back, the light may turn on again. To prevent this a setting has been provided, viz; power outage recovery. On the control panel page of the bulb, there is a small settings icon. Go to the “power on behaviour” setting and select “last status”. Also from the main settings page, turn on “power outage recovery”. Now the bulb will remain off even after recovering from a power cut.However, there are bugs in this. The power outage recovery will work ONLY in night light mode and wake up mode. So you have to leave the light in either of these modes before leaving home. Even if we do this, there are still bugs in the app due to which this setting don’t work properly. In addition, sometimes the schedules also are not working correctly. Developers should fix these.

The bulb is good and light is bright. enough for medium sized room but i found the wifi connectivity issue with the bulb. App interface is not user friendly I would say and after trying multiple times i was finally able to connect. ðª

Works as it should and better. The dynamic lighting features where it changes colors and temperature gradually is awesome. Connectivity is great; I brought it after trying and returning other brands because come were refused to connect and some forgot they were connected. This just is to be configured once and then works even if you change network. Great purchase. ð

Excellent Product
I was searching for a light which can automatically switch on before I reach home. Also I have pet at home so this automatic light was much needed.It is very easy to configure. Download application, Just plug in and switch ON and OFF three times as suggested. Connect with app and your are done.Initially light used to switch ON each time after power failure, but I learned it has feature of keeping light OFF even after power comes back. Remember to tick it and it works so fantastic. Even if I was in US it was working exactly at the Indian time in India even if I was out of India.

Music sync is fake advertisement.
Wipro is the best deal with music sync, Philips is advertising this item fakely, as it does not support music sync.The interface of app is difficult, problem faced in connectivity.I’m stuck with this bulb because its only replacabe (non refundable).

Good product but Connection issues
Reviewing after one month: Oveall the brightness, lights, true colour, functionality etc is very good.But pairing, controlling and connectivity is very bad. Most worst thing is, it will not connect with more than one Mobile /device. Only will connect and can be controlled from a single mobile/ device not from multiple devices.

Does what is claims but power outage recovery not working
We’ve been using three of these bulbs for 1.5 years now on our terrace. One of them had started malfunctioning (showed disconnected on app, went on and off randomly), which I guess is fair, the bulbs have been burning every night since we’ve installed them.We had regular bulbs earlier which were extremely bright and not really comfortable to sit out with. On the other hand we had a bat nest in the terrace roof, so we needed bright lights, too. That’s when I came across these bulbs and they have been delivering what they promise. We usually have them in warm wight brightest setting, but if we need brighter light, the white light is brighter and when we want less light, we also like to switch it e.g. to fireplace mode.The app (just installed the new app) works fine and I schedule the light to go off at sunset and on at sunrise. This works quite well, except for one annoying problem (was the same with the old app): the power outage recovery doesn’t work! No matter whether I switch it on or off in the app, all bulbs go on after a power cut when they were off! And they don’t come back with the set colour but one of them bright cold white and the others orange. Tried all settings, but the problem was there from the beginning and I couldn’t solve it.It is now a little bit of enery wastage and the hassle to always switch the bulbs off after an outage (we live in an area with frequent / almost daily power cuts). But overall I’m happy with the product.
